Society is plagued by passivity and ignorance. There is a lack of knowing and lack of wanting to know. I am not a conspiracy theorist. However, it is not hard to find one, and its not hard to find a theory that demonstrates how blind we are to the facts.

Take a look around the world. You see such mad things happening. You can easily blame it on the west. Or on capitalism. But it is what lies behind these things that is what needs to be addressed. What fuels them? What is it that society does that allows for them to remain in effect? Marx spoke of the need to move into a global capitalist phase in order to achieve the so called species-being. It seems as if we are following the necessary curve. However, i am very skeptical as to how we can break free from the state that we are it. I feel a revolution as inevitable, however, when can never be determined. I would like to say hopefully in my lifetime.

I find it disturbing as to how many people do not even wish to contemplate such ideas. They find a comfort in their ignorant dispositions. Why care about something that you cannot change? Why bother when the problem is so gargantuan? That is the reason why you try to solve it. However, solve is probably the wrong word. Remedy would be more appropriate. Its not like it can go away. It can however be understood and reinvented. The problem is so big because no one bothers.

All that is needed is a new disposition towards life. One that doesn't turn away from the elements that imprison us. A disposition that seeks a resolution.

A disposition that demands a revolution.
